Here is what you’ll need:
- 4-5 Medium sized zucchini (I peel the skin off, but you can leave it on)
- 1 Jar pasta sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
- 1lb Lean Ground Turkey or Chicken (or Beef)
Step 2. Use the veggie spiralizer to make your zucchini pasta strands. Place in large sauce pan with a few tbsps of water, cover and let steam. Stir every so often until zucchini noodles are soft. Drain excess water.
Step 3. Place some zucchini noodles in bowl, top with lean ground meat pasta sauce and sprinkle with parm.
Step 4. Enjoy.
