- Udis Millet Chia Bread
- Eggs, cream/milk, cinnamon, vanilla
- Eggs (for omelet)
- Turkey Bacon
- Fruit platter (we used blueberries, blackberries and bananas)
This is definitely my new favorite way to eat french toast. The Millet Chia bread is dense and hearty, and holds up well with the french toast batter. The edges get crispy and caramelized - but the insides stay soft and fluffy (until they are drenches in syrup).
