I was so fixated on being skinny. I was obsessed with working out. I didn't have a healthy relationship with fitness, food or my body. Because of that, I lost my cycle and my fertility.
Over the next few years, I found the person I've always wanted to be. I broke the chains I once had with the gym and the food restrictions I put on myself. I learned about TRUE HEALTH and what it means to love yourself and your body. I'm now sitting on the couch, in my awesome body that cycles every month, drinking coffee with cream, while my son snuggles with me and plays with my soft tummy and arms.
