Remember a few years back when I was told I would never regain my cycle? Well, i'm now 9 months post-weaning and I've had a cycle every 28-32 days. YOU GUYS! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?! I still can't sometimes.
Self care has been a priority for my mind and body this last year and I am so proud to say things are going better than ever; and I know my body can feel it, too. I know my body feels nourished, rested and safe. I know I'm eating well (aka a lot because it's tiring chasing around a toddler and I need energy). I know my body is in a happy place. I am finally taking care of it and its returning the favor.
