- Udis GF Bread (my FAVORITE)
- Honey Wheat Bread (for Joey)
- Turkey & Maple Sausages
- Butter (or) Butter substitute spread
- Fruit (side dish)
I toasted the bread first, then lightly coated it with butter, cooked the eggs (sprinkled cheese on eggs while finishing in pan) and heated up the sausage (then sliced in half; hot dog style; to lay easier on the sandwich). Then you assemble... toast, sausage, eggs, toast. Easy peasy.
These sandwiches were a hit in the Phelan household. Maybe next time i'll give GF biscuits a try and make biscuit breakfast sammies.. Mmm...
